Saratoga County - The Saratoga Springs Design Review Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed J. Boff - Demolition of 66 Franklin Street may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the proposed demolition of 66 Franklin Street, a listed "contributing" structure on the National Register of Historic Places, located within the City of Saratoga Springs Westside-Franklin Square Historic District. The project is located at 66 Franklin Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.
