Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Colchester - Colchester Gravel Bank Modification will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the modification of an existing 9.8 acre life-of-mine surface unconsolidated sand and gravel mine by reducing the floor elevation and increasing the life-of-mine to 12 acres. The operation includes on-site processing of material using a portable screener and crusher. The project is located on State Route 30 in the Town of Colchester, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town of Greenfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed ATT Mobility, Inc. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the application to collocate an antenna for ATT Mobility, Inc. on an existing telecommunications tower owned by Amercia Tower Corporation. The project is located at 422 County Road 36 (Wilton Road) in Greenfield Center, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final Generic EIS
Rensselaer County - The Town of East Greenbush, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Western East Greenbush GEIS. The action involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating the cumulative effects of development in the western section of the Town of East Greenbush as such effects relate to the Town's land use management, natural resources, recreation resources, transportation systems, water service, wastewater service, and stormwater management. The project is located in the Town of East Greenbush, New York.
