Notice of Adoption to amend 6 NYCRR Section 40.1 of Title 6 NYCRR Marine Fish Pertaining to the Recreation Harvest of Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass. This notice will be published in issue 29 of the State Register, dated July 22, 2009.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Dutchess County - The Town Board of the Town of Rhinebeck, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Adoption of the Town of Rhinebeck Comprehensive Plan, Amendments to the Zoning Law (Local Law No. 6 of 2009) and a Freshwater Wetlands Law (Local Law No. 5 of 2009). The action involves the adoption of a new Comprehensive Plan, amendments to the Town's Zoning Law and the adoption of a Freshwater Wetlands Local Law. The plan includes a Community Values Report, an Open Space and Affordable Housing Implementation Plan, a Build-Out Analysis, a Smart Growth Audit and a Biodiversity Assessment entitled "Significant Habitats". The proposed Zoning Law and Wetlands Law have been designed to be consistent with recommendation in the proposed plan. The project is located throughout the Town of Rhinebeck, New York.
