Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Penfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 250 Corridor Land Use Analysis - Town of Penfield will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a land use analysis report for lands along NYS Route 250 from the Webster Town Line to the north to the Perinton Town Line to the south. Land use recommendations for several segments within the corridor are contained in the report, with varying degrees of deviation from current zoning patterns. The project is located along NYS Route 250 in the Town of Penfield, New York.

Steuben County - The Prattsburgh Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Prattsburgh Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of a town wide Comprehensive Plan. The project is located town wide in the Town of Prattsburgh, New York.

Wayne County - The Town of Walrath Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of a Local Law to Allow Wind Energy Facilities will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a zoning law which allows a new use in the Town of Walrath - that of Wind Energy. The law will provide requirements for siting and construction of Wind Energy Facilities, including Small Wind Energy Conversion Systems (small WECS) and Roof Mounted Wind Turbines (RMWT). In the event the local law is approved and passed, landowners within the community may apply for approvals and permits to install small WECS and RMWTs. The project is located in the entire Township of Walrath, New York.

The action involves the adoption of a zoning law in the Town of Walrath which allows a new use - Solar Energy use and construction of such facilities. The local law provides requirements for siting and construction of Solar Energy Facilities, including roof top and building mounted collectors, as well as ground mounted and free standing collectors. In the event the local law is approved and passed, landowners within the community may apply for approvals and permits to install such systems. The project is located in the entire Township of Walrath, New York.
