Cayuga County - The Brutus/Weedsport Joint Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pacholyk 2 Lot Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 5.8 acres into two lots which includes the parent parcel in the Agricultural/Residential District. The parent parcel will now be 3.45 ± acres and parcel #2 will now be 2.66 acres and there is a plan to put a new house on parcel #2. The project is located at 8998 Putnam Road in the Town of Weedsport, New York.

Chenango County - The Town of New Berlin, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed South New Berlin Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed improvements to the South New Berlin Water system to include the replacement of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 10 inch ductile iron water main from the reservoir site to the distribution system, installation of approximately 1,150 linear feet of 8 inch ductile iron pipe and appurtenances along County Route 18 north of the existing terminal hydrant, and installation of approximately 400 linear feet of 8 inch ductile iron pipe along County Route 18 south of NYS Route 23. Other proposed improvements also include construction of a new treatment building adjacent to the existing treatment building, upgraded water treatment measures, replacement of pumping equipment and controls within the Old Well House, demolition of the existing concrete reservoir, and construction of a new water storage tank adjacent to the existing concrete reservoir. The project is located in the hamlet of South New Berlin and encompasses areas of the Towns of New Berlin, Morris, and Butternuts, New York.

Chenango County - The New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NYS Route 12 Pavement Rehabilitation (PIN 9016.34) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the elimination of operational deficiencies along approximately nine (9) miles of State Route 12. The objective is to improve highway safety and implement recommendations of both Phase I and Phase II of the Route 12 Corridor Study. This includes the rehabilitation/reconstruction of asphalt roadway, improvement of non standard curves, drainage improvements, bridge rehabilitation, addition of turning and passing lanes and upgrading the roadside appurtances. The project is located on NYS Route 12 in the Town of Greene, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town of Onondaga Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zavaglia Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a major subdivision of 82.660 acres of land into approximately 147 residential building lots and 1 lot to be retained. The project will consist of 8,200 linear feet of asphalt roadway, stormwater mitigation facilities, municipal sewer system and general landscaping and earthwork. The project is located on NYS Route 175 in the Town of Onondaga, New York.
