Project Description:

Installation of an 15' x 30' inground pool in the adjacent area of Wetland CC-9, located at 8384 Black Walnut Drive in the Town of Amherst. There will be plantings of 6 native trees (minimum of 6 feet tall) at the toe of slope below the proposed pool site along the existing forest edge.

Project Description:

The applicant proposes to stabilize approximately 170 linear feet of streambank along the protected stream Cayuga Creek in the Town of Lancaster. Slope and toe rock rip rap protection and biotechnical plantings will be utilized. The rock will be tied into the existing bank with a 25 foot upstream rock key/tie back and a 10 foot downstream rock key. The project area is approximately 550 feet from the road along the northeastern property line adjacent to the creek, and 750 feet upstream of the Ransom Road bridge.
