Negative Declaration
Seneca County - The Waterloo Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment Chapter 136 of the Code of the Town of Waterloo will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of approximately 31 acres from Industrial (I) to Commercial (C) consisting of 54 lots in its entirely. The project is located in the Town of Waterloo, New York.
