Negative Declaration

Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 17 Chapel Street Condominium Conversion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal by the applicant, 17 Chapel, LLC, for the rehabilitation of a vacant four story building previously used as warehouse/storage space and the construction of an additional three stories on the existing building for a residential project with 20 dwelling units. The first two floors are proposed to provide parking for 37 vehicles and a common fitness center. The project is located at 17 Chapel Street in the City of Albany, New York.
