Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Tompkins County - The City of Ithaca Board of Public Works, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed City of Ithaca Water Supply Project. The action involves the evaluation of two options to address the City's future water supply needs. The two options consist of: 1) upgrading elements of the City's existing system, or 2) purchasing water from the Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission. The project is located in multiple Towns and Villages in Tompkins County, New York.
