Chautauqua County - The Village of Cherry Creek, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Cherry Creek Water Supply System Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new 250,000 gallon water storage tank, replacement of approximately 33,000 of water main, construction of a new well house and chlorination facility, and development of one or more new wells. The project is located on Main Street (NYS Route 83) and Leon-Cherry Creek Road in the Village of Cherry Creek, New York.

Chautauqua County - The Town of Pomfret Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Phase I Waterline Installation and Formation of North End Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Phase I of the construction of approximately 54,000 linear feet (10.2 miles) of water distribution mains and the formation of a new North End Water District. The project is located on the northern portion of the Town of Pomfret, New York, and will not include the Village of Fredonia or the Town of Pomfret water districts.
