Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Town of Red Hook Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Teviot Estate Improvements (Outdoor Recreation Facility) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an outdoor recreation facility (consisting of an inground swimming pool with deck and pool house) and related improvements including the demolition of three (3) buildings, installation of a septic system, landscaping, and outdoor lighting on a 62.9 ± acre parcel of land in the Town's Waterfront Conservation and Historic Landmarks Overlay Zoning Districts. The project is located at 40 Davis Lane in the Town of Red Hook, New York.

Orange County - The Town of Warwick Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Parish Ball Fields will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Site Plan and Special Use Permit approvals to construct a multi-purpose softball and soccer field. The application includes a gravel parking area for 43 cars including landscape screening, a storage shed, a six foot high chain line fence, a berm, water fountain and portable toilets. Parishioner gardens may also be created in the future on the 5.1 acre site. The project is located at West Street Extension and St. Stephens Lane in Warwick, New York.
