Negative Declaration

Allegany County - The Town of Amity, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Amity Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Comprehensive Plan for the Town. The Plan covers all the topics required by New York State Municipal Law as it applies to Towns. The plan does not have specific recommendations as far as land use, zoning or related land use law development. As such it is not considered to have any einvironmental impact. Any projects proposed under this plan that may trigger SEQR would be reviewed on their own merits at the time of project design and implementation. The project is located throughout the Town of Amity, New York.

Erie County - Erie County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Boston State Road Sanitary Sewer Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 310 linear feet of 8 inch sanitary sewer and 133 linear feet of 6 inch sanitary sewer. The project is located at 7584 Boston State Road in the Town of Boston, New York.
