Negative Declaration

Ontario County - The Town of Seneca, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Dissolution of the Existing Water District and Extensions and the Formation of a Water Improvement Area and Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the dissolution of all existing Water District and Extensions and the formation of a Water Improvement Area to include all of the dissolved Water District and Extension. In addition, the action is also intended to extend the Water Improvement Area to include an area 500 feet in width from the centerline on both sides of all existing public roads within the Town boundary which are not currently in a Water Improvement Area and includes construction of water main and appurtenances along these roads. The project is located throughout the Town of Seneca, New York.
