Location: The project site is located on or near Pitchfork Road in the Town of Tupper Lake, New York.

Project Description: The action involves a two lot subdivision, creating a 5.07 ± acre parcel on which the existing ready-mix concrete batch plant currently located within the Village of Tupper Lake will be relocated. The new facility will include a ready-mix concrete batch plant, a boiler room, an office/lab, a stockpile area of crushed stone and sand, and parking areas. There will also be a self contained/recycling truck washout pit which will contain all of the material washed off/out of the trucks.

Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The Town of Peru, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Peru Water Meter Replacement will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacing of 500 old, manual read water meters with new touch-read meters. The project is located throughout the Peru Water District in the Town of Peru, New York

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Essex, Warren and Washington Counties - The Lake George Park Commission, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Adoption of Stream Corridor Protection Regulations for the Lake George Park. The action involves the adoption of stream corridor regulations intended to fulfill the statutory purposes expressed in 43-0112 (5) of the Environmental Conservation Law. The project is located in the Lake George Park, which includes portions of twelve municipalities: the Towns of Lake George; Fort Ann; Bolton; Queensbury; Hague; Putnam; Dresden; Ticonderoga; Lake Luzerne; Horicon; Warrensburg; and the Village of Lake George, New York.
