Negative Declaration

Allegany County - The Village of Angelica, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Angelica Public Water Supply Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvements to the Village of Angelica water supply which has been determined by the Allegany County Department of Health to be a groundwater supply subject to surface water influence. To comply with applicable regulations, the Village proposes to install a water filtration system in a new treatment building, renovate and enlarge spring collectors at the water supply sites, install an emergency generator, improve security with fencing, lighting and alarms systems and abandon unused treatment equipment and a well. The project is located on County Route 16 near Murphy Hill Road in the Town of West Almond, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Marilla, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Senior Housing Amendment to Town of Marilla Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of guidelines for senior housing developments within the B-1 Restricted Business Zoning District. This local law establishes minimum sizes for units and maximum sizes for senior housing developments among other specifications. The project applies to B-1 Zoning District with the only B-1 Zoning District located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Clinton Street and Two Rod Road in the Town of Marilla.

Erie County - The Town of Marilla, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Establishment of the Town of Marilla Senior Housing Zoning District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of a zoning district specifically for senior housing developments with guidelines for senior housing developments the same as those established for the B-1 Restricted Business Zoning District. This local law establishes minimum sizes for units and maximum sizes for senior housing developments among other specifications. There are currently no portions of the Town of Marilla zoned Senior Housing. The project applies to B-1 Zoning District with the only B-1 Zoning District located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Clinton Street and Two Rod Road in the Town of Marilla.
