Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The Village of Delhi, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Upgrade and Extension of Water Mains will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal to replace 100 year old water mains throughout the Village of Delhi and within the Village right-of-way, plus extending water service to a trailer park. The project is located through out the Village of Delhi, New York.

Schenectady County - The Town of Rotterdam, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rotterdam Junction Water Storage Tank Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a new 500,000 gallon, glass-lined, steel bolted water tank that is expandable up to 750,000 gallons, site work, altitude valve manhole, and 3,200 lineal feet of 12 inch ductile iron water main along the tank access road and Rynex Corners Road to connect the tank to the existing system along Route 5S. Sections of the transmission main will be directional drilled to cross New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT) and County roadways and jack and bored underneath NYSTA I-90. The project is located off of the landfill access road off of Rynex Corners Road in Rotterdam Junction, near the intersection with Route 5S, Town of Rotterdam, New York.

Schenectady County - The New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ferry Road over the Mohawk River Backchannel (PIN 1805.68.121) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of the Ferry Road Bridge over the Mohawk River Backchannel in the Town of Niskayuna. The existing one lane bridge will be replaced with a one lane bridge to the southeast of the existing bridge. Ferry Road will be reconstructed to meet with the new bridge. A water supply pipe owned by the Latham Water District will be relocated away from the relocated bridge and roadway. The project is located on Ferry Road in the Town of Niskayuna, New York.

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Albany County - The City of Cohoes Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hudson River Credit Union will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves the demolition of an existing ranch style single family residence and the construction of a brick and vinyl face bank building, less than 3,000 square feet, with parking for 19 vehicles. The project is located at 25 Niver Street in the City of Cohoes, New York.

The conditions are: The submission of a revised Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that includes porous pavers and other means of treating stormwater runoff.
