Project Description:

The applicant, in conjunction with Delaware County Soil and Water Conservation District, proposes to stabilize approximately 1,000 feet of Trout Creek/Freshwater Wetland TC-7 that has jumped the bank and cut a channel through agricultural fields. The stabilization measure include toe rock, rock vanes, reshaping the grade of the existing banks, and live plantings. The avulsed channel will be filled with native material upon completion of the stabilized channel. The project is located on the east side of County Route 27 just south of the hamlet of Trout Creek.

Project Description:

The Village of Gilbertsville has applied to add a new water supply well to the Village's water supply system. The existing water supply consists of a single previously unpermitted well with a capacity of 70 gallons per minute and water treatment and distribution facilities. The new well has a capacity of 20 gallons per minute. The new well will be used to supplement and backup the existing well.
