Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a one-family detached house including driveway, parking pad and drywells within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class II Freshwater Wetland AR-28 (Annadale Center). The applicant proposes to establish a deed restricted vegetated buffer area of no-disturbance between the wetland and the developed area. The project site is located at 289 Edgegrove Avenue, Staten Island, Block 6278 Lot 10.
