Location: The project site is located on the easterly side of NYS Route 9N, East Branch AuSable River, approximately 1 mile south of the Hamlet of Upper Jay in the Town of Jay, New York.

Project Description: A new commercial use, a plant nursery and retail sale of plants. A portion of the project site, which is located within the Moderate Intensity land use area, will be used to grow produce on-site and sell to the public or wholesalers. Some stock will be purchased elsewhere and relocated for sale on the project site. Potting supplies will also be offered. Proposed hours of operation are Thursday-Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., spring, summer and fall. A 4,400 ± square foot gravel parking area for 16 vehicles is proposed along with three 140 ± square foot sheds.
