The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) administers the Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) pursuant to State Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) §27-1400 et seq. The BCP was created to encourage the remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties known as brownfields. The requestor (named above) has submitted a BCP application asking that this site be admitted into the BCP.
NYS DEC will accept public comments concerning the application. A copy of the application and other appropriate documents (application package) is available in the site document repository located at the address indicated below.
Please note that the application package includes a Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan which describes the remedial activities to be conducted to investigate and determine the nature and extent of the contamination related to the site.
NYS DEC will review the application package and public comments received and then make a determination on the eligibility of the application.

Monroe County - The Town of Parma, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Parma Agricultural and Farmland Protection Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal to approve the Town of Parma Agricultural and Farmland Protection Plan, which was prepared utilizing funds from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets. The plan includes an inventory of agricultural resources, an analysis of issues, strategies and recommendations to support farming and the continued viablility of agriculture in the Town. The project is located throughout the Town of Parma, New York.

Livingston County - The Town Board of the Town of Livonia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to the Town of Livonia Zoning Map and Zoning Text will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the Town as well as Chapter 150 of the zoning text to create a new zoning district called "Mixed Use District". The action will also modify the boundaries of a certain zoning district known as Transitional Development District within the Town, changing certain areas to a new zoning designation of Mixed Use District and Neighborhood Residential District. The project is located thoughout the Town of Livonia, New York.
