The Department is prepared to issue an Individual Water Quality Certification for the proposed realignment of the flow of a Class C, un-named tributary of Salmon under the Clarkson - Parma Townline Rd., per the approved plans cited in the US Army Corps of Engineers provisional approval, 2009-00248, under Nationwide Permit #14. The project is located in the townships of Clarkson and Parma.
