Negative Declaration
Suffolk County - The Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sag Harbor Gateway Study will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Sag Harbor Gateway Study and rezoning the property from Highway Business (HB) and Residential 20,000 square feet (R-20) to Hamlet Office/ Residential (HO). Amendments to the Town's official zoning map would involve 13 lots totaling 14.52 acres. The Sag Harbor Gateway area and parcels to be rezoned are located in the Town of Southampton, New York. The area is more specifically described as north of an unopened section of Middle Line Highway right-of-way, east of Hildreth and Main Street (CR 79), and south and west of the Incorporated Village of Sag Harbor in the Noyac/Bridgehampton section of the Town of Southampton, New York
