Essex County - The Town of Elizabethtown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Elizabethtown Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sanitary Sewer Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. An additional 6,000 lineal feet of force main will be installed along County Route 8 to connect the Hamlet collection system to the WWTP if the Fish and Game Club site is selected. The WWTP at either location will include a 40 foot x 60 foot control building, access road, two (2) Sequencing Batch Reactor basins, one (1) equalization basin, two (2) aerobic digestors, headworks, yard piping and site work.
