Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Westchester County - The Village of Ossining, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Village of Ossining Comprehensive Plan. The action involves the adoption of the Village of Ossining Comprehensive Plan, Amendments to the Village Code and a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. The project is located throughout the Village of Ossining, New York.
