Negative Declaration
Schenectady County - The Duanesburg Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ventura Duanesburg, LLC Grocery Store will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the two lot subdivision, special use permit and site plan review application concerning a proposed 35,000 square foot grocery store and accessory improvements. The project is located west of the intersection between NYS Routes 20 and 30 in the Town of Duanesburg, New York.
