Negative Declaration
Livingston County - The Town of Mt. Morris Town Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of Zoning Code will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of provisions of Zoning Code to permit Auto Repair Shops in Low Density Residential Districts upon the Granting of a Special Use Permit by the Planning Board. The project is located town wide in the Town of Mt. Morris, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final GEIS
Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Zoning, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Midtown Redevelopment Project. Copies of the FGEIS are available for review at the following locations:

The action involves the redevelopment of the Midtown Plaza complex which currently includes 1.5 million square feet of predominantly vacant office and retail buildings covering 8.6 acres in the central business district. With over $55 million in assistance from the State of New York, the entire complex or a portion thereof will be demolished to accommodate private development, including the new world headquarters for PAETEC Holdings Corporation. To support and encourage private development, the site will be developed with new infrastructure including new streets, open space and utilities. The design of future development will be guided through design criteria and Master Plan principles and objectives outlined in the City of Rochester Zoning Code and an urban renewal plan.
