Notice of Technical and Administrative Guidance Memorandum 4027 Recision in the Division of Environmental Remediation

Notice is hereby given that the Division of Environmental Remediation (Division) in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) rescinded Technical and Administrative Guidance Memorandum (TAGM) entitled "Assistance for Contaminated Private and Public Water Supplies (TAGM 4027)" on February 25, 2009.

TAGM 4027 was converted to a Division Program Policy and issued as DER-24 on July 15, 2008, with an effective date of August 29, 2008. This is entitled "Assistance for Contaminated Water Supplies" and a copy of the final program policy DER-24 can be found on the NYS DEC website at: http://www.dec.ny.gov/regulations/2393.html

The Advisory Committee comprises 25 stakeholder groups and advises the New York Invasive Species Council.

This meeting is open to the public.
