The applicant proposes to install a gravel driveway, stone walls, a wood gate and fencing within the 100 foot adjacent area of a NYS regulated freshwater wetland (FWW# SA-55). The drive and gate will be located within 64' of the freshwater wetland boundary and the stone walls within 52' of the boundary. Fencing will be located within 14' of the freshwater wetland boundary. The work is being proposed in conjunction with the development of the property as a horse farm. The project is located on the west side of Deerfield Road, south of Edge of Woods Road, Water Mill, Town of Southampton, SCTM# 0900-80-01-2.23.
