Shandaken Tunnel Outlet SPDES Permit General Meeting - February 24, 2009

The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP) hereby gives notice that a meeting will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at the Catskill Mountain Foundation, Route 23A, Hunter NY.

The meeting is being held in accordance with State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) Discharge Permit No. NY 026 8151, for the Shandaken Tunnel Outlet. NYC DEP will discuss the progress of several projects in the Catskill watershed region. Public input is welcome.

The meeting is open to the public.
