Gino Antonini - Applicant proposes to construct a single-family house and associated structures including a driveway and sanitary septic system on vacant property located at 40 Caswell Road, Montauk (SCTM 300-31-02-22) in the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County. Applicant's property includes a portion of Freshwater Wetland MP-31, which is a Class I freshwater wetland.

A legislative hearing session to receive unsworn comments will commence on February 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will immediately follow the legislative hearing. All petitions requesting full party status must be received no later than 3:30 p.m. on February 20, 2009.
