Negative Declaration
Monroe County - Mayor Robert J. Duffy, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hahn Automotive Rezoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Zoning Map by rezoning the property at 431 West Main Street from C-2 Community Center to CCD-M Center City District-Main Street. The project is located at 431 West Main Street in the City of Rochester, New York.
