Negative Declaration
Orange County - The New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pheasant Hill Subdivision Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of new drinking water wells, treatment, storage and distribution piping to replace the existing facilities serving Pheasant Hill Subdivision. The project is located on the south side of Pine Island Turnpike (County Route 1) east of Ridge Road in the Town of Minisink, New York.
