Negative Declaration
Monroe County - The Penfield Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Extension 46 - Qualtrough Road Sewer Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 600 ± feet of sanitary sewer mains, laterals, manholes and appurtenances to serve 6 existing properties on Qualtrough Road. These public improvements will be installed within a 20 foot wide corridor within front lawn area adjacent to the Qualtrough Road ROW. The project is located at 1700 - 1720 Qualtrough Road in the Town of Penfield, New York.
