Project Description: The project is the construction of a single family dwelling, guest cottage and garage on a previously authorized 43 ± acre lot. The new structures will be serviced by a well and on-site wastewater treatment system. The project also involves the construction of a 5,400 ± ft. long access road and a new bridge across Beaver Brook. The access road crosses three adjoining properties over which the applicant has an easement for construction of the road. The 43 ± acre lot has 820 ± feet of shoreline on Blue Mountain Lake.
