Project Description:
The project involves piping existing ditches along the east and west sides of NY Route 270 (Campbell Boulevard) from Clearwater Drive to Tonawanda Creek Road to improve safety and facilitate maintenance. Actions subject to regulations under Article 24, Freshwater Wetlands and Section 401 Water Quality Certification include the placement of permanent fill within State Wetland TE-17 and its 100' adjacent area, totaling 0.028 acres and 0.858 acres respectively.

Project Description:
Work proposed to smooth the north area around the pond and deepen several areas of the pond for aquatic life. Will also maintain mowing of property and install a 600 foot post and rail fence about 100 - 150 feet from Lockport Road. Work to clear brush on east side of pond to be able to view pond from main portion of the property. Dredged material from the pond will be staged approximately 500 - 600 feet from Freshwater Wetland CB 2 and a Federal Wetland. Property is located in the Town of Pendleton.
