Monroe County - Monroe County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Westfall Road Corridor Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reconstruction of Westfall Road between East Henrietta Road in the City of Rochester and Lac de Ville Boulevard in the Town of Brighton. The existing road is a combination of sections of two lanes and three lanes. The improvements will include widening the two lane sections to three lanes with a left turn lane in the middle and improvements to the East Henrietta Road and South Clinton Avenue intersections. The construction will occur within the existing road right-of-way. The purpose of the improvements is to improve the structural integrity of this facility to preserve the investment in the highway system, as well as provide for better traffic flow and safety within this corridor. The project will also involve new sidewalks and bicycle space. The project is located on Westfall Road between East Henrietta Road in the City of Rochester and Lac de Ville Boulevard in the Town of Brighton, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Zoning, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Redevelopment of Riverpark Commons. Copies of the FEIS are available for review at the following locations:

The action involves the redevelopment and rezoning of Riverpark Commons including the relocation of several households, demolition of the four low rise structures, subsurface remediation, construction of approximately 100 units of rental housing units including 20 units for low income households, and related parking and site improvements. The project is located at 185-405 Mount Hope Avenue in the City of Rochester, New York.

Schuyler County - The Town of Montour Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. A copy of the FEIS may be obtained from the contact person listed below. The action involves the adoption of the proposed comprehensive plan and the proposed zoning law as the zoning ordinance for the Town. The project is located in the entire Town of Montour outside the Village of Montour, New York.

Yates County - The Town of Italy Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Wind Energy Facilities Law. A hard copy of the FEIS is available at the Italy Town Hall, 6060 Italy Valley Road, Town of Italy and the Naples Public Library, 118 South Main Street, Naples, New York.
The action involves the adoption of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and local Wind Energy Facilities Law to allow the installation of industrial scale wind turbines and related infrastructure in two limited incentive zones, providing amenities and incentives to partially offset impacts resulting from such installations. The project is located throughout the Town of Italy, New York.
