Location: The project site is located on the northerly side of Arnold Hill Road River Road, approximately 1/4 mile west of the intersection of Arnold Hill Road and Allen Hill road in the Town of AuSable, New York.

Project Description: Commercial mineral extraction of existing slag piles. The removal of 3,757 cubic yards of slag from two separate locations on the project site. The slag piles are waste left over from the Iron Ore Mines located on the Project Site. The slag will be crushed on site and removed to Town of AuSable Town Garage located on Clintonville Road, or the Town of AuSable Sand and Gravel Pit located on the Dry Bridge Road.

Location: The project site is located on the west side of NYS Route 28, approximately 1.8 miles north of the intersection of County Route 8 and NYS Route 28, in the Town of Johnsburg, New York.

Project Description: The project involves a four lot subdivision of a 104.5 ± acre parcel. The smallest lot being 14.3 ± acres in size and the largest being 71.8 ± acres in size. Each lot will have one single family dwelling no larger than 2200 ± square feet (footprint) in size. Each dwelling is to be serviced by an on-site wastewater treatment system and on-site well. Existing utilities along NYS Route 28 will service the dwellings. The subdivision is located within 1/4 mile of Hudson River, a recreational river.

Washington County - The Easton Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Washington County Fair, Inc. Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the subdivision of a 27.8 acre parcel into two lots for commercial use. Both proposed lots will have road frontage on State Route 29. The remaining land will be retained by Washington County Fair, Inc. The project is located along State Route 29 between Old Schuylerville Road and Windy Hill Road in the Town of Easton, New York.
