Positive Declaration and Public Scoping

Greene County - The Village of Tannersville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Catskill Mountain Camp and Cottages (a.k.a. CC Lots) may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. A public scoping session will be held on January 5, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485. The action involves the construction of 84 single family residential units on approximately 83 acres including development of new water supplies and connection to the New York City Department of Environmental Protection Waste Water Treatment Plant. The project is located on Spruce Street in the Village of Tannersville, New York.
