Orange County - The Village of Warwick Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Village Zoning Law Amendments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a number of major and minor revisions to the Village Zoning Law. Major modifications include revisions to the Zoning Map and Zoning Districts and the addition of several new sections governing Traditional Neighborhood Design, Conservation Subdivision design, Home Occupations, Non-Residential Architectural Standards, Stormwater Management, Formula Businesses, Lighting and Affordable Housing. Minor modifications include updating the Zoning Law to reflect current New York State Village Law and amending sections to strengthen protection of significant historic properties, clarifying the annexation process, prohibiting drive-in and drive-thru uses, updating parking and sign standards and clarifying the approval process for signs. The project is located throughout the Village of Warwick, New York.

Sullivan County - Sullivan County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sullivan County Open Space Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a plan to guide the county and its municipalities in making decisions and enacting policy that would influence open space preservation and growth management. The project is located throughout the County of Sullivan, New York.
