Negative Declaration
Jefferson County - The Village of Adams, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sidewalk and Driveway Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law for a comprehensive plan for the installation and code enforcement for sidewalks within the village. The project is located village wide in the Village of Adams, New York.
