Negative Declaration

Broome County - The Town of Maine, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of Maine Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Town of Maine Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 272-a of the Town Law. The Comprehensive Plan establishes goals and strategies to help guide the physical and economic development of the Town. The plan is based upon a variety of information services, including census data, economic data, and citizen input from surveys and public meetings. The project is located in the entire Town of Maine, New York.

Onondaga County - The City of Syracuse Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Clinton Syracuse SOMA Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the partial demolition and rehabilitation of a vacant warehouse into residential units, together with site improvements, including parking and landscaping. In addition, a private road will be established within the project site. The project is located at 717 and 721 North Clinton Street and 218 and 220 West Division Street in the City of Syracuse, New York.

Oswego County - The Town of Volney, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kingdom Water District Extension #1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 12,700 feet of 8" water main, hydrants, valves and water service laterals. All main line work will be in the road right-of-way. The project is located on portions of County Route 45 west of Kingdom Road, Roma Drive, Lane Drive and Kerfien Road in the Town of Volney, New York.

Oswego County - The Town of Volney, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Airport Water District Extension #1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 16,800 feet of 8" water main, hydrants, valves and water service laterals. All main line work will be in the road right-of-way. The project is located on portions of County Route 176 and Rowlee Road in the Town of Volney, New York.
