Proposed disturbance to 0.38 acre of federal wetlands, associated with development of the 77 lot Schuyler Hollow Residential Subdivision. As mitigation, 0.38 acre of wetlands would be created and 90 acres of land preserved by a perpetual deed restriction. The project is located on the south side of Pruyn Hill Road, opposite Johnson Road, Town of Halfmoon.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
