Negative Declaration
Broome County - The Town of Chenango Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed rezone of 15 Woodland Road will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of 15 Woodland Road from Residential and Neighborhood Commercial to entirely Neighborhood Commercial. The applicant intends to build a new fitness center for the relocation of their existing fitness center on Route 12A in the Town of Chenango. The project is located at 15 Woodland Road in the Town of Chenango, New York.
