The applicant proposes to construct a 35 foot by 55 foot storage building within a previously approved bluestone storage/parking area which is within the 100 foot adjacent area of NYS regulated freshwater wetland BW-1. Also proposed is a paved parking area, drainage structures, curbing, create a 15 foot by 92 foot planted buffer, public water service, sanitary line to connect to the public sewer line, a 20 foot by 25 foot dumpster enclosure consisting of a concrete pad surrounded by a chain link fence, and a 7 foot wide concrete sidewalk. The project is located at 480 Falmouth Road, West Babylon, Babylon Town, SCTM #100-160-1-11.
