Negative Declaration
Allegany County - The Genesee Valley Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed EXCEL Capital Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed capital improvement projects and will consist of various reconstruction and expansion items; replacement, repair, renovation and building upgrade work; and site work including improvements to internal roadways and athletic facilities at the Pre-K -12 building and Bus garage facility. The project is located at 1 Jaguar Drive in Belmont, New York.
