Cayuga County - The Town of Cato, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Ira and Cato Joint Community Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Ira-Cato Comprehensive Plan which the primary purpose of is to provide guidance to local officials and residents as they work to accommodate future physical growth and development of the community. The project is located in the Town of Cato, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town of Van Buren Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed James V. Spano, Inc., Hot-Mix Asphalt Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the applicant's, James V. Spano, Inc., application for a zone change of an approximately 42 acre parcel from an Industrial A District to a Planned Industrial District to install and operate a hot-mix asphalt facility with a capacity of 350 tons per hour and portable crusher. The project is located on Van Buren Road, between Herman Road and Walters Road in the Town of Van Buren, New York.
