Negative Declaration

Cayuga County - The Town of Ira, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Ira and Cato Joint Community Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action is to provide guidance to local officials and residents as they work to accommodate future physical growth and development of the community. The project is located in the Town of Ira.

Onondaga County - The Town of Spafford Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law 2008-5 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption by the Town Board of a local law governing the use of wind energy conversion systems in the Town of Spafford. The project is located at Town Hall, 1984 Route 174, Skaneateles, New York 13152.
