Pine Valley Central School District - The public hearing in the matter of the application for a variance from the Statewide natural gas well spacing requirements has been cancelled.
Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. has filed a permit application to renew a Title V (air pollution control program) and a Title IV (Acid Rain program) permit.
