Project Description:

To excavate two (2) gravel bars (75' x 20' and 90' x 25') and use to regrade banks and create a bankfull bench along the eroded banks, install a two (2) cross-vanes and five (5) j-hooks in Tributary 1 of Cornell Creek on properties of Wilber, Tanner, Gilbert and the Town of Afton to repair flood damage and alleviate further flooding. The project is located at 197, 233 and 237 Midland Road.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Opportunity for Public Comment:

Project Description:

The Department has tentatively determined to issue a perimt to upgrade wastewater treatment for vehicle wash water discharge from Town Highway garage at 3425 Constine Bridge Road, Town of Cazenovia. Annual design flow of 0.12MG process wastewater is to oil-water separator and carbon filter prior to groundwater discharge. The application and a draft permit are available for review by appointment.
