Negative Declaration
Cattaraugus County - The Town of Napoli, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Napoli Cell Tower Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal to adopt Local Law #2 regarding the Telecommunication Facilities which regulate communication towers. The project is located throughout the Town of Napoli, New York.
